This is a Lionel O gauge freight car. It is the Atlantic Coast Line boxcar released in 1994, although the copyright year on its box says 1989 on it.
One of the wheels of this piece of rolling stock is out of alignment and it has been jammed for unknown reasons (see the close-up photo of it above for evidence). For parts or repair only. Sold as is!
The body of this O gauge freight car is in very nice shape. Plus, the box is a bit worn due to frequent storage from over the years.
