Classic Lionel postwar #665 Hudson steam locomotive paired with its period-correct #2046W Lionel Lines tender.
The #665 is Lionel\'s smaller 4-6-4 Hudson design and features detailed drive rods, diecast construction, Magnetraction, operating headlight and smoke unit. This example has been tested on track and runs very well.
Both the headlight and smoke unit were tested successfully. Smoke is visibly produced from the stack during operation as shown in the video.
The included #2046W tender is the correct style Lionel used with the #665 during its later 1950s production. The tender is the whistling version; whistle operation has not been tested, so I would not make a functional claim about the whistle unless you test it separately.
