The Lionel Railroad Club, Inc. Milwaukee (MLRRC) formed in 1947 and was granted permission to call itself LIONEL RAILROAD CLUB by Joshua Lionel Cowen in 1949. We are the world’s oldest Lionel club and celebrated our 75th anniversary in 2022. We are incorporated in Wisconsin as a not-for-profit educational organization and have a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. From time-to-time, we sell excess items or items donated to the club that are surplus to requirements as well as limited edition MLRRC Lionel club cars.
