Lemax Spooky Town Little Monsters\' School House
This is the Lemax Spooky Town Little Monsters\' School House. The piece has been very lightly used by me and has been stored in its original box. It was acquired secondhand and has had previous ownership, so there may be some signs of wear from age, storage, or previous use.
The Little Monsters\' School House was tested and the lights, sound, and see-saw motion are working.
Please note that the bell is not currently attached to the piece. The bell is included and can be reattached. Please review the photos carefully to see the exact condition of the piece and the included parts.
CONDITION
This piece has been kept in a smoke-free home with pets. It has been stored carefully in its original packaging, although there may be some minor dust from storage despite my efforts to clean it.
Because this piece was acquired secondhand, it may have some wear from previous owners. Small pieces on older Spooky Town decorations can also occasionally come loose. If a detached piece is included, it can generally be reattached with a small amount of glue.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
The original Styrofoam packaging provides good protection for the piece, but it cannot guarantee that nothing will come loose during shipping.
I will wrap the original box with a layer of large-bubble bubble wrap and place it inside a larger shipping box with additional protection around it.
Because these are older, detailed Halloween decorations, there is always a small possibility that a piece could come loose during shipping. Internal electronic components, wires, or connectors can also very rarely come loose during transit. This has been extremely uncommon in my experience, but it is still a possibility when shipping older electronic decorations.
If a small exterior piece comes loose during shipping, it can generally be reattached with glue. If an internal component were ever to come loose, it may require opening the piece and reconnecting or repairing the component.
By purchasing, please understand that minor damage or pieces coming loose during shipping can happen and are not grounds for a refund or return.
