Lockheed L-1011 TriStar cockpit engine start control panel — the overhead panel the crew used to start the TriStar's three engines. The engraved face carries ENGINE START with its rotary selector, CONTINUOUS IGNITION, GND START / ASSIST, GND START / PROBE AIR START and WINDMILL AIR START, with illuminated pushbutton annunciators including VALVE OPEN. Of all the panels on an airliner flight deck, the engine start panel is the one collectors ask for by name.
