• All items are carefully inspected. PVC Lucky Draw photo cards may have scratches due to material. If you are sensitive, please ask before ordering.
• Only official goods. No replicas or fakes. Minor marks, scratches, or uneven cuts are not considered defects. If there are notable defects, we will contact you first.

• All sales final. Refunds only for shipping damage, not for manufacturing defects.
• Shipping fees already paid will NOT be refunded. Only pre-arranged cases, negotiated with us in advance, may be eligible for refund.
