Once payment is received & clears & please make sure that the USA mailing address is correct on the payment, we will ship US Postal Service or for larger orders, we also use UPS for the best rate shipping.

Return policy- In order to comply with power seller guidelines, we are forced to accept returns for BUT please understand that any item that has been washed, cut or around smoke, vapor or pets will not get a full refund once the return is received at our location. This is due to the fact that we sell new - unwashed - smoke free - pet free items & once it is altered, washed or around smoke or pets, it is no longer sellable. Shipping for the original package is non-refundable - if your item had free shipping, the actual cost of shipping your order will be deducted from any refund. For any returns on a special or custom listing will be charged a 10% return fee.
Pleasenote that we include a packing slip withEVERYorder that includes the order details like item, qty, our shop name and contact information. This helps prevent lost packages by the carrier in case where the label is removed from the outside of the package.
