Mapania caudata. This is an extremely rare plant, I’ve hardly seen any for sale. Etsy has two around $400-$500 each and both have been sold.
This is a tropical sedge from borneo.The color comes from nanoparticles of biogenic silica. The blue iridescence is visible plainly in regular lighting
