Testing

Payment

Shipping

• Therapeutic Technologies is happy to provide a shipping quote or assist with shipping arrangements.
• Buyers are also welcome to arrange their own carrier pickup.
• Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received.

Freight Inspection

• Buyer is responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery.
• Any visible freight damage must be noted with the carrier before signing for delivery.
• Any concealed damage must be reported to both the carrier and Therapeutic Technologies within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

• All sales are final.
• No returns, exchanges, refunds, or chargebacks will be accepted unless approved in writing by Therapeutic Technologies.
