Vintage Microsoft Basic 7.1 Professional Development System
This was the final release of Microsoft’s BASIC for the DOS computing era. It was the successor to QuickBasic 4.5
You will receive everything in the photos. Two screenshots at the end show this software running in DOSBox-X. The final screenshot shows the contents of the thumb drive.
Some points to note:
- The floppy disks have been tested. However, the disks are over 25 years old. A USB thumb drive is also provided with backup copies of each floppy disks in the .IMG format. You can make replacement disks or use the disk images in your favorite emulator.
- Both manuals are in very good condition, with the rings lining up.
- In the Programmer\'s Guide binder, some of the pages at the beginning somewhat curved, likely from the years of storage.
- The Basic Language Reference cover is a bit warped. Not too noticeable, but visible in the photos.
