The Midmark P72 is a high-capacity dental air compressor designed for approximately 7–10 users. Midmark specifications list the P72 at 15.9 CFM at 80 PSI, 4.8 total HP, 32-gallon tank capacity, 208–230V, and a 40-amp breaker requirement.
The compressor has been sitting in storage for approximately three years. Because of the extended storage period, the unit should be inspected before returning to service and may require routine maintenance such as filter replacement, cleaning, inspection of hoses and fittings, and other normal service items.
The attached Midmark PowerAir maintenance guide and prior service information are still present as shown in the photos.
The compressor shows normal cosmetic wear from previous use and storage, including scratches, scuffs, dust, and handling marks.
There is minor/localized corrosion and oxidation visible on some fittings and hardware, including the area shown in the close-up photos.
One black corrugated/plastic hose has a small hole/damaged area, clearly visible in the photos. This hose should be inspected and repaired or replaced as necessary before the compressor is placed back into service.
The compressor heads, motors, tank, regulators, wiring, hoses, transformers, controls, and other attached components shown in the photos are included.
The tank and metal frame show normal cosmetic wear. The motor/fan covers also show scratches and surface wear consistent with previous use and storage.
Because the compressor has been stored for approximately three years, no claim is being made that it is ready for immediate clinical installation. Buyer should plan for inspection and routine preventative maintenance before putting the unit back into service.
