A few years back Boss began using tiny, surface mount parts when making their pedals. We specialize in mostly analog pedals with the warmer through-the-hole components. And all of our modified refurbish pedals are warrantied as new!
Cheaper factory capacitors have been replaced with high quality Panasonic capacitors, some with a different value. Op amps (chips) have been replaced with high quality low/noise NE5532 op amps.
The result is a warmer, fuller pedal with more clarity and less noise!
And of course we replaced the LED. This one is clear when the effect is switched off, and it is a very noticeable blue when the effect is switched on.

Ijust received my boss pedal and I\'m blown away! I have the same bass eq(stock factory) and the difference between them is like night and day, wow!!That being said I also have aDOD bass chorus as well as theBoss bass eq Iwould like you to mod both.
