For Iron-On:
Set your iron to the medium heat setting (Steam turned OFF).
Position the patch with the adhesive side flat against your clean garment.
Cover the design with a thin cloth (like a pillowcase or pressing cloth) to protect the embroidery.
Press the iron firmly straight down for 20–30 seconds without moving it around.
Turn the item inside out and iron the reverse side of the patch area for another 15 seconds.
Let the fabric cool completely before wearing.
