To process any claim, the following documents must be provided and must match the original order:

. Shipping tracking number label (original package shipping label).
. Photos of the product label and engine serial number (must be clear and visible) .
4. Excluded Parts
. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any external covers, seals, gaskets, external accessories (such as promotional items), or components not included in the Long Block assembly. If the timing cover, valve cover, or oil pan differs due to the model year or application, please replace them with your original components.
5. Warranty and Refund Policy
