- Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit time: 7–14 business days.
- Excluded delivery locations: PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates. We cannot deliver to these addresses.
- Please provide your accurate physical delivery address and phone number at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. Address changes are unavailable after payment.
*Delivery Schedule: Truck deliveries are only available during standard business hours: 9 AM – 5 PM on workdays. No delivery service will be arranged on weekends, national public holidays or off-hours. Our product range covers four core series: clamshell hard‑shell, side‑opening hard‑shell, soft‑shell and vertical‑lift rooftop tents.
All models support one‑person fully automatic setup in under three minutes. They are compatible with awnings and annexes to expand usable space, equipping every camper with a cozy, dependable "mobile home" for nature trips.

- For PayPal eCheck payments, funds typically take 3–5 business days to clear. Orders will only be shipped once payment has cleared.

Return Requirements:
- All return requests must be submitted within 30 days after you receive your order. Returns are only accepted for unused, uninstalled and unmodified products with intact original packaging, complete factory accessories and original user manuals. Items with installation marks, stains, dents, missing parts or any self‑modifications are not eligible for returns.
*If you need to return defective or damaged goods caused by shipping issues, we may ask you to provide photos or videos to speed up the return processing.
Return Procedure:
- You must contact our customer service to obtain official return authorization and the designated return address before sending back your item. Unauthorized self‑shipped packages may be rejected or result in delayed refunds.
Special Notes for Returns:
- Please reinforce the packaging thoroughly before sending the item back to prevent secondary damage during transit. Please keep the package in its original packaging; items without packaging do not meet the logistics company's return requirements. Any product damage stemming from insufficient packaging will result in corresponding deductions from your refund based on the actual loss.
*Please note that if your order is already in transit, we may be unable to cancel it before delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We provide a 1‑year official manufacturer warranty for all Naturnest rooftop tents and camping trailers.
- This warranty covers all factory defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation and daily recreational use. Within the warranty period, we offer free parts replacement, technical support, and after‑sales guidance for qualified quality issues, ensuring your outdoor travel is fully protected.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, accidental impact, misuse, neglect, overloading, extreme weather disasters, or long‑term exposure to harsh environments beyond daily camping use. Normal wear and tear during daily use is also not included in the warranty scope.
