New Acme 1:18 Scale 1970 Dodge Challenger - Boycott - Dick Landy A1806031
description
Brand New!
Acme 1970 Dodge Challenger - Boycott - Dick Landy 1:18 Scale Diecast Model. A must-have for any serious Mopar collector, Dick Landy’s legendary “Boycott” Challenger stands as a symbol of both performance and protest. Nicknamed the "Boycott Car" for its association with Mopar racers' pushback against restrictive AHRA rules in 1973, this iconic vehicle became a fan favorite and a legendary piece of drag racing history.
Landy’s dominance during this era was undeniable, becoming one of only four drivers to capture an NHRA national title between 1970 and 1971. This model commemorates that legacy, making it a standout piece for collectors who value authenticity, racing heritage, and American muscle at its peak.
Acme has gone all out with this iconic Challenger! Under the hood is a powerful 426 HEMI engine that delivers serious muscle to the Centerline drag wheels and tires. The model features a fully detailed exterior replicating the classic paint scheme Landy raced in the 1970s, along with opening doors, hood, and trunk. Inside, you'll find tilting front seats, a roll cage, and a meticulously crafted interior that brings this legendary drag car to life.
