Each doll that I make is a little different from others. Pattern pieces are created by me and made from muslin that I paint in many layers.
This full bodied doll is 26 inches high. Her fingers and toes are hand stitch separated and painted to detail. She comes holding a pumpkin made from cloth , 6 inches. Her shirt and pants were purchased new and sizing tags left in.
The hair is fine wool that I have needled felted in and the head scarf is sewn in place. I decorate them using old and new materials. I use costume jewelry , fancy buttons . Each doll takes many hours to produce to give it a unique appearance. My dolls are not intended or made for children, they are collector pieces and should be handled with care.
