Brand new in box. This unit was opened a single time only to flash both firmware packages, then repacked. Other than the firmware installation, it is untouched and unused — battery, cable, SIM card, and power brick are all original and included.

What's installed

• RayHunter — the open-source cellular-surveillance detection tool. Monitors for suspicious tower behavior, possible IMSI-catcher / cell-site-simulator activity, forced network downgrades, and abnormal cell conditions.
• DagShell — a terminal-style custom control panel for the RCL400 that adds network diagnostics, real-time signal/client/tower stats, privacy controls (MAC spoofing, DNS-level ad blocking), AT-command access, and field-research utilities.

Together these turn the RCL400 into a compact, portable privacy and network-research device — popular with researchers, network admins, journalists, hobbyists, and anyone wanting more visibility into the wireless environment around them.

• Some advanced DagShell features (e.g., certain wardriving/GPS functions) can be expanded with optional companion hardware (Raspberry Pi, GPS dongle, etc.) — not included.
• Self-signed certificate warnings are normal when accessing the local custom web interface.
