A bike-fit dream, the LOOK Ergostem.
Every once in a while, a component comes along that stands alone. This beast of a component allows fitting a position to ANY degree. For example, in time-trialing, the Ergostem allows not only a laid-out position but also the ability to tweak it to exact perfection for comfort and power delivery. As if this adjustment control is not enough, it also does so while being perfectly stiff.
VERY lightly used!!! ..an endorsement to the ease & speed of determining a position — Once known, I had a custom stem made to that position. 🤝
(My own philosophy on the expense: when considering the fundamental importance of bike fit, the cost of access to comfort and efficiency is cheap divided over the many long hours of benefit felt in the saddle.)
