- MIX BY WEIGHT, NOT VOLUME: You must use a scale to measure 1A:1B. Measuring polyaspartic by volume will result in a sticky floor that never cures!
- SPEED IS KEY: Polyaspartic cures fast. Once mixed, you only have about 15 to 20 minutes to roll it onto your floor before it becomes too thick to spread. Have your team ready!
- Do NOT mix the whole kit at once: Mix only small batches that you can comfortably spread within the 15-minute working window.
- Clean Up: Clean tools immediately with MEK, Acetone, or Xylene before the coating hardens.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (60°F - 85°F) and keep containers tightly sealed to prevent moisture contamination.
