ADVISEMENT:
Loss of leaves during shipping on Pachypodium species are common. This is not a problem and plant will readily replace those leaves plus more after repotting and acclimation. Use gritty free draining soil. Repot using damp succulent/cacti mix. Place in shaded area with bright ambient light initially while your newly potted plant gets acclimated. Water only after roots have sufficiently dried. Please do not hesitate with questions and concerns. We are more than happy to assist.

A rare and sought-after succulent with a swollen, spiny caudex and upright branches that produce narrow, green leaves and soft yellow to pale orange flowers. Native to Madagascar’s dry regions, it makes a great bonsai-style specimen or showpiece for succulent collectors. Prefers full sun, excellent drainage, and infrequent watering.
