This is a genuine custom-order frame built through Panasonic\'s Personal Order System (POS) — the original rider\'s name is painted in Japanese katakana on the seat tube (ネイト / \"Nate\"), which is a hallmark of POS frames commissioned by active keirin racers. The frame is handmade in Osaka and carries NJS certification for Japanese keirin racing.The build is all business: Sugino 75 NJS cranks, Shimano Dura-Ace track rear hub, and a Nitto Pearl stem. These are not aftermarket substitutes — this is the actual component spec keirin racers ran.
