ThePearTune MSO Avinox DJItuningchip is an add-on device developed by PearControlfore-bikes with the Avinox drive systemwith M1 and M2/M2S version motors. It is used to remove the speed limitation ofthe e-bike pedaling at 25 km/h. The product is designed with minimaldimensions for easy installation in all e-bike models from allmanufacturers on the market and for flawless cooperation with thespeed sensors in the original Avinox DJI system.
Compatibility
Thedevice is fully compatible with the AvinoxDJI M1 and M2/M2S motor andall displays available on the market for these motors (make a note during the order if you need the one for M1 or for M2/M2S).

Installation
Ittakes place directly in the engine compartment using waterproofconnectors for connection to the engine, display and speed sensor.
Calibrationand adaptation to the e-bike system is performed completelyautomatically without user intervention during the first switching onor off of the chip.
Activation
Activation/Deactivationcan be done in this way:
Chipactivation is indicated by the display of 19 km/h instead of thecurrent speed for 2-3 seconds. Chip deactivation is indicated by thedisplay of 12 km/h instead of the current speed for 2-3 seconds.
Calibrationis performed completely automatically when the chip is first turnedon or off.

Whenriding with the chip on, the e-bike display correctly displays theactual speed up to 22.9 km/h. After exceeding this value, the actualspeed is displayed on the last two digits of the display, forexample: 23.3 corresponds to a speed of 33 km/h, 24.2 corresponds toa speed of 42 km/h, etc.
