The book is in Very Good condition with the blank front free endpaper lacking, with some age-toning to the pages, and with some gentle wear. There are seventeen (as issued), full-page, black-and-white illustrations in Fine condition by Louise Beaujon. The scarce dust jacket is not price-clipped (no price is stated) and in protective mylar. It is in Very Good condition with 1/2\" loss at the top of the spine, with some edgewear and gentle overall wear. The first two images below are the jacket\'s front panel and spine. Regarding the book, there is no former-owner\'s bookplate inside, no writing inside, no foxing, and there are no loose pages; it will be shipped in a solid new box anywhere in the United States via USPS Media Mail for free.
