Plasticville 2950-249 HO Town Hall ~Excellent~ (Or O Gauge, Same Size) W/ Box For Sale

Plasticville 2950-249 (HO or O, It\'s the same kit with a different model number) Town Hall in Red. The kit is in excellent condition. I would have said like new, but the back door is warped. There are no broken tabs. Everything is present as far as I can tell. Even the weathervane is included and unbroken! I have provided pictures of it both assembled and unassembled (it is not glued). If it looks like it doesn\'t fit properly while assembled, its probably because of my poor assembly, and not because the kit has issues. The box is included, but has some tears at the corners. It has been carefully packed to make sure it arrives in one piece. Overall, a very nice kit.I\'m happy to combine shipping as long as there isn\'t a fear of the items getting damaged if they are packed together. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
