Up for sale is the Pokémon Worlds and PokémonXP 2026: Pin Rally Collection [Complete Set of 12] + Bag.

These pins were part of the infamous Pin Rally Event hosted at the PokémonXP & 2026 Pokémon World Championships event in San Francisco. I was able to participate in the event on Friday and grab all 12 pins before it was discontinued.

As for the Charizard and Pikachu bag, it was given for free with purchase at the Pokémon Center pop-up at the PokémonXP & 2026 Worlds event in San Francisco.
