RARE vintage signed framed print by local artist Elton Bennett, titled ‘Home is the Sailor.’ Screen printed in his iconic illustration style, the print depicts a sailing ship in blue and green gradient colors with silhouettes of birds in the foreground.Authenticated by the artist’s daughter, Barbara Bennett Parsons, this hand-screened original silkscreen/serigraph dates back to 1958. Barbara was astounded by its rarity, as only a few of these screened artworks exist. If not mounted, she values it at $2,000.
