This listing is for a brand new, unopened kit for a 1:144 scale house named Philomena. This particular kit is EXTREMELY RARE. This kit is no longer made and can only be found on the secondary market and even rarer to never be opened. All pieces are made of quality wood and laser cut for perfect fit and finish. There are full instructions to help you assemble the building. These buildings are incredibly detailed and a marvel to see once complete. Landscaping is not included. Wood will need to be painted (paint not included).
