The Viking 30\" TurboChef® Speedcook Oven 7 Series VDOT730SS retailed at $21,000 dollars and was discontinued due to high production costs and a changing economy. It is rare to find one for sale and when you do they are 2-3x my price. This oven is the highest end and most technologically advanced oven Viking has every produced. It has been tech inspected, is fully functional and in good, used condition. It has normal signs of light use and a scratch here and there but is in overall fantastic condition. It is remarkably clean as well.
This oven is fast - like really fast. I preheated the speed cook oven and cooked the chicken in the last 2 pictures from raw to ready in a little over 8 minutes. Taking dense, bone-in chicken leg quarters straight from the fridge, starting them completely raw, and getting them safely to 195°F internally in just 8 minutes highlights exactly why the Viking Professional TurboChef Speedcook Oven is such an impressive piece of culinary technology.
