Securely mount your Hobbywing MAX5 ESC to your Traxxas X-Maxx with this 3D-printed ESC mounting plate.

Designed specifically for the X-Maxx and compatible sensorless Hobbywing MAX5 ESCs, this mount provides a clean and secure location for installing your upgraded ESC onto the truck\'s chassis.

IMPORTANT: THIS MOUNT WILL NOT FIT MAX5 HV ESCs. It is designed for the SENSORLESS MAX5 ESC only.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE HOBBYWING MAX5 HV ESC.

The mount is designed to attach to the X-Maxx frame using zip ties.

Once the mount is secured to the truck, the MAX5 ESC can be attached to the mounting plate using either:

VHB double-sided mounting tape

OR

Screws and washers

This gives you the option of an adhesive installation or a mechanically fastened setup depending on your preference.

Depending on your preferred installation method, you will need:

• Zip ties to secure the mount to the X-Maxx frame

• VHB tape OR appropriate screws and washers to secure the MAX5 ESC to the mount

Installation hardware and VHB tape are NOT included.

NOT INCLUDED: Hobbywing MAX5 ESC, X-Maxx, zip ties, VHB tape, screws, washers, wiring, electronics, or other RC components.

Each ESC mount is FDM 3D-printed to order from BLACK PETG, a tough and durable material offering good impact resistance and improved heat resistance compared with standard PLA.

PETG is well suited for functional RC components installed around electronics where durability, vibration resistance, and increased temperature resistance are beneficial.

Minor layer lines and cosmetic variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and do not affect intended functionality.
