Up for sale is a remanufactured Rotax 900 ACE engine block (bare short block / crankcase), Type 903, pulled from a SeaDoo Spark. This engine was sent to a professional machine shop and fully remanufactured bored, honed, and machined to spec with the intention of doing a full rebuild that never happened. Life got in the way, so it’s been sitting since.This is a remanufactured block in excellent, like new condition. All three cylinder bores are freshly honed with a clean crosshatch pattern and zero scoring, rust, or pitting you can see the machine work in the photos. The case halves are set together for photo purposes only there is no case gasket installed and no case bolts/hardware included. Timing gears are installed and turn freely with no play or roughness. Since this went through a machine shop reman process, you’re not getting a random used block you’re getting one that’s already been inspected, cleaned, and prepped for final assembly.Bare remanufactured crankcase halves (set together loosely for photos, not sealed/torqued) with internal timing gear train installed. No case gasket, case bolts, or other hardware included.
