TheNew Vaqueros have a 3-digit prefix (i.e., 555-xxxxx), and will not work unlessit is in the .44 Magnum chambering. Pleasecontact us for help if you have any questions.

Exception:if you have the Hunter model (it will say “Hunter” on the revolver), thesegrips will NOT fit. Our grips for thesquare-backed trigger guard Super Blackhawk are the correct ones for the Huntermodel.

About Our Aging Process:
Unlikethe lightweight artificial yellow plastic materials sometimes offered for sale,Magna-Tusk aged grips start out as a solid block of white virgin Magna-TuskIvory. Grip blanks are then milled from thispremium material, incorporating both CNC techniques for blanking and beingfinished and polished with the same process used in manufacturing theoriginals. They are then carefully aged withour exclusive aging process, incorporating concentrated UV light (the essentialaging property in natural sunlight), in a hermetically sealed environment.
Although this process is a much slower process than artificialcoloring methods, the result speaks for itself.Our process produces an authentic appearance and genuine patina which extendsinto the surface, just like real ivory or stag. Not only does thisgive it the appearance of authenticity and depth, but this surface will notchip, crack, or peel like a superficially applied coating. Accept no substitutes. With Magna-Tusk aged grips, most experts cannot tell them apartfrom a decades-old or even a centuries-old original. While the quality difference is somewhatnoticeable in the photos, the difference is even more apparent when seen andhandled in person. Many of our repeat salesare made by the very customers we sell to, who take their custom-stockedrevolvers to the range or club, where the quality difference is immediately seenand appreciated by fellow shooters.
Magna-Tusk grips have all the authenticity of the originals, withseveral improvements over original materials including increased durability, andare made to last a lifetime. Besidesusing exacting standards and state-of-the art-equipment in our manufacturingoperations, every set of grips is hand checked on our test frame for proper fitprior to leaving our factory. Thisensures the best fit in the industry.Occasionally, however, your grip pin may have been installed slightlyout of alignment or position, and you may find it necessary to slightly open upthe grip pin holes on the back of the grips to get the grips to seatfully. Full, easy to follow instructionsare provided with every set of grips.
