Philodendron Micans Albo / Pink Variegated is a true very rare variegated form of Philodendron micans that is meaningfully different from micans “aurea” plants that can blush pink from sunstress. With true pink micans, new leaves emerge with white to light pink variegation and the variegated areas stay clean, with no yellow tinting on the variegated sections. The base leaf is still that classic micans velvet, but the variegation shows up as marbling or sectoral patches that vary leaf to leaf. It grows as a trailer or climber and does best in bright, indirect light with a well-draining mix kept lightly moist.
She is a very well established one with great genetics pushing out creamy, minty pink to orange tinged leaves. She stands at 7\" tall. largest leaf measures 3.25\" long (not including the petioles) with a couple of nodes and aerial roots. Usually offered as a cutting or a smaller size plant that cost so much more and is not readily available here in the US. Place in a bright room away from direct sunlight, pot in an aroid mix and water when the top inch or 2 of soil feels dry. Please take a look at the images as it is the exact plant you will receive.
