This particular fan is in excellent condition. It is fully functional and very clean. Runs excellent. It has minimal signs of wear conducive a ceiling fan of this age. There are no moderate to major blemishes and none on the blades or motor that can be seen from the ground when mounted. Some slight patina can be seen around the switch housing.
