**Description:**Up for sale is a stunning 10.75-inch dinner plate from the legendary French house of A. Raynaud & Co. in the highly coveted, discontinued \"Malmaison Cardinal\" pattern. Crafted in Limoges, France, this pattern features a rich, deep maroon border overlaid with a crisp Neoclassical geometric gold star trim on a beautifully scalloped rim. The historic pattern is adapted from a famous 17th-century Gobelins tapestry designed by the French Court painter Charles Le Brun.
