Richard Bloos Signed 1930 Altmarkt German Etching Framed Old Market Street Scene
Offered is a detailed panoramic German street scene by Richard Bloos, a noted Düsseldorf School painter and etcher. Titled Altmarkt—German for “Old Market”—the etching portrays a lively old-town marketplace or street setting with period pedestrians, shopfronts, figures in conversation, a gentleman with a cane, and a small dog in the foreground.
The work is hand-titled “Altmarkt” in pencil at the lower left and hand-signed in pencil at the lower right. An additional Richard Bloos signature appears within the printing plate.

• Glass is clear and intact
• Gold-gilt frame is sturdy and displays well
