What I can tell you: it powers on, it heats, and the controller responds. I have plugged it in and confirmed that much.
What I am not telling you: I have not run it for a full session, I have not measured its output, I have not tested every temperature step or every timer position, and I am not warranting that it keeps working. If you need a unit with a guarantee behind it, buy from Richway or an authorised dealer, not from me.
The mat and cover are clean with no tears, burns or scorching that I can see. The amethyst and tourmaline tubes along the edge are intact in their channels. The cord and the controller housing are intact with no cuts, kinks or exposed wire that I found. The hard case is solid with working zips and handle, with light surface scuffing from storage.

I am not telling you it treats, cures, relieves or improves any condition.
