Body Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape level under your arms and across your back. Wear a thin shirt while measuring.
Jacket Chest: Lay a well-fitting jacket flat, measure from underarm to underarm and multiply the result by two.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the measuring tape too tightly.
Shoulder: Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other shoulder.
