Robert Motherwell Artist SIGNED Lithograph Poster An Die Musik collaboration For Sale

Poster designed and signed by Robert Motherwell. Acquired directly by the consignor’s parents at a benefit sale in Provincetown, Massachusetts circa 1980s. Motherwell had a house and studio in Provincetown and would often sign and donate items to benefit sales for local arts organizations such as The Provincetown Art Association and Museum (PAAM) and the Castle Hill Center for the Arts in Truro. Consignor’s parents had a local vacation house and were active art collectors. Excellent condition, there is a very faint area of damping at the extreme lower left corner (see final photo.).
