Roush Mustang OEM Signed Carl Edwards #99 Rear Center Valance Bumper Stage-3 For Sale

This is my personal item I am selling. It was a wall hanger in the Garage for a Long Time. Excellent Wall Hanger, And Conversation Piece for Car People! This part will fit Mustang GT 2005-2009, And of course Roush Mustangs. I believe 2008, in Livonia Michigan is when it was signed. Around MIS Event, Roush Open House. It is yellow in color, and I do not remember if it is screaming yellow, zinc yellow, grabber yellow? It came off a Stage 3, you can see the factory line workers mark S3 on the back unfinished side. With the Ford Parts Number R03030061 -13-. Really cool collectible, and piece of a GREAT (NASCAR), and a great Hall of Fame Driver. I checked with PSA, and BGS, both will grade it, but shipping back and forth will drain value. The only option left is BGS for a picture (Signature) authentification. If there is no interest in the piece, this is about the best I can do next to confirm signature to you. They will grade it and send me an e-mail 24-48 hours for a fee (just signature). They e-mail you an paper, that can be printed stating if it is a match or mis-match. PSA will not do this anymore. So I would be left with BGS. I was there, with my best friend, so I know what it is. This is about the best I can offer you now. If there is no interest, I will get the signature authenicated from BGS. Eitherway this is a genuine part alone, and holds that value. It does have road wear. I have pictured the areas. This was common if you drove this car. What is does have is good Mounting Points. They are good (more than 50% of the time they are cracked). You can see where it was hung, by one bracket hole mount on each side. I did not completely clean it, so the marks on front would wipe off ( I used water on a couple and they are gone now), and of couse the dust is still there. The two darker (look like tape residue) are from tape picking up dust. I had a SA friend who taped a paper that said \"this was mine\" on it.
