- All TVs ship via Fedex or via Freight Company. The shipping method will depend on the size, value and nature of the item.
- We cannot deliver to a PO BOX, Fedex/UPS Box, or anywhere outside the contiguous United States

If your shipment was dispatched via Fedex:
Damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Should you discover any damage to your item, we will accept a return for a full refund or issue a replacement at no cost to you.If your shipment was dispatched via Freight Trucking:Freight shipments MUST be inspected prior to signature and acceptance. Should you discover damage after carrier has left, contact us as soon as possible. 7 Days after signature, we will be unable to accept a damaged return for any type of refund.
