Up for sale is a set of 3 vintage 1971 lithographs published by Scafa-Tornabene Art Publ. Co., Inc., N.Y., all part of the same series and signed by the artist (illustrator signature visible bottom right of each print, in the “Gibson Girl” fashion illustration style — elegant Victorian/Edwardian-era women in period gowns).
Included prints:
1. No. 1-149 — Woman in a green striped walking dress and feathered hat
2. No. 1-151 — Woman in a yellow ruffled ball gown with black bow trim
3. No. 1-152 — Woman in a lavender/purple floral gown, holding a hand mirror, styling her hair
Each print is marked “LITHO in U.S.A.” and “© 1971 Scafa-Tornabene Art Publ. Co., Inc., N.Y.” with its individual catalog number, confirming they’re from the same numbered series.
Condition: Vintage prints show wear consistent with age — including scattered foxing/age spots, some soiling and light staining on borders (see close-up photos), minor edge wear. Colors and linework remain vivid and clear. No tears or major damage noted. Sold as a set of 3.
