Detailed Condition — Open Box
These units are offered in open-box condition. Packaging has been opened, and the appearance of the item and its packaging may vary from one unit to another. Open-box condition should not be interpreted as a promise that every unit is cosmetically identical or that all original wrapping remains intact.
Individual units may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as light scratches, surface scuffs, fingerprints, or handling marks. These may appear on the exterior trim, interior housing, mounting surfaces, or loose hardware. The representative photos show the general appearance of the product; the exact location and extent of minor marks may differ on the unit you receive.
Boxes may show noticeable warehouse, shelf, storage, or shipping wear, including dents, creases, worn edges, tears, labels, additional tape, and adhesive residue. The sample box pictured has visible wear and added tape. Interior packaging and accessory bags may also be opened or arranged differently.
Please review all photos alongside this description. Photos form part of the listing and illustrate the product style, finish, sample contents, and general condition.
Important: Unit-to-Unit Variation
Because this is a multiple-quantity listing, you may receive a different physical unit from the one photographed. The advertised model, Century trim, and Satin Nickel finish remain the same, but cosmetic details, serial numbers, packaging condition, paperwork, and accessory wrapping can vary.
The photographed box, labels, key, and cosmetic marks are specific to the sample shown. Do not assume that separately purchased locks will be keyed alike. If you have a particular requirement regarding appearance, packaging, keys, or included components, please message us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
Battery Disclaimer — Please Read
Batteries may or may not be included with your unit. Battery inclusion is not guaranteed, even though batteries appear in the sample photos.
This lock uses four AA alkaline batteries. Please plan to supply your own batteries if necessary. If batteries are included, their brand, packaging, and remaining charge may vary, and no specific remaining battery life is promised. Battery inclusion is separate from the lock’s battery holder and cover.
