Infinite speed! This is a very nice Scott Sub 10 hybrid bike with an aluminum frame and fork and it features the unique Gates belt drive with a Nuvinci N380 continuously variable transmission. The belt drive means no messy chains to lube or maintain. This unit has been upgraded to a newer version of the Gates belt drive, with the Centerlock channel for better reliability and performance. The belt drive is also quieter than a traditional chain drive system. The Nuvinci CVT means that the gear ratios or infinitely variable, there is not a set number of gears. Finding the right gear for your pedaling effort is much easier and simpler. This also means that you can shift gears while stopped. The Tektro Auriga Sub disc brakes provide plenty of stopping power in all conditions. This bike would make an excellent commuter bike and the frame has eyelets for fenders or racks (we have these items available at additional cost).
