Authentic SEIKO SEIKOMATIC, early type with the Cal.603 30-jewel automatic movement. The movement is marked SEIKOSHA / SEIKOMATIC 30 JEWELS / 603 in gold, as shown in the photos. Cal.603 exists in 17, 20 and 30 jewel versions; this is the 30-jewel version. The outer case is marked SEIKO WATERPROOF EGP 61998 with the dolphin mark; the inside of the case back is marked EGP 619980 JAPAN-A and carries an overhaul record reading 51.10, i.e. October 1976. The seller measured a power reserve of approximately 26 to 30 hours. CONDITION - please read: the INDEX AT THE 11 O\'CLOCK POSITION IS BROKEN, and the dial shows ageing, staining, discolouration and damage in places. The crystal has scratches and rubbing from age, and the case and case back have small scratches appropriate to their age. Water resistance cannot be guaranteed. Please examine the photographs of the 11 o\'clock index and the dial closely before buying.
