NH - unmounted (or never hinged) mint
MM - previously hinged (usually one hinge) or hinge remainder
Mint ? more than one hinge but virtually full gum
Unused - No gum but in otherwise good condition
SFM - mint spacefiller due to a number of defects
VFU - Very Fine Used
FU/CDS - Fine Used
GU - used and in good collectable condition
AU ? used but with small defects
SFU - used spacefiller due to number of defects
Defects include pulled perfs, toning or similar will be mentioned with my view of how bad the defect is

Postage and Packaging and Insurance
Postage and packing for material up to £40 in value will be sent by normal post. When the value exceeds this I use recorded delivery (UK) up to £250. Above £250 I use Special delivery in the UK. Outside of the UK above £40 I use whichever service is available (International Signed For or similar)
If you purchase more than one item I will amalgamate the charge on the basis of weight, value and number and keep the charge as low as i can. I will state in the invoice if there is a cheaper option.
The UK postal rules are quite complex so please let me send out the invoice as this will prevent potential refund and re-invoicing.
Items are automatically insured up to £250 within the charge made. Over £250 an additional charge will be made.
Payment Instructions
I will issue the invoice normally on day of sale completion confirming the amount due. I will then follow the Non Paying buyer process after 7-14 days at my discretion unless you contact me for additional time to pay.

Personal cheques areaccepted but on UK banks and in Sterling (£) only please. If you are outside of the UK you can request your bank to draw a sterling (£) cheque which is acceptable.

If paying by Paypal buyers from the Hong Kong and similar area musthave \"Confirmed\" status or be able to provide evidence of their genuineness.
