Troubleshooting if Battery Stops Working The battery\'s over-current protection may be activated when vacuum is overloaded or stuck by furniture. Please turn off vacuum power button and manually move it to charger dock to reactivate the battery, and then turn on power button.
Reminding: Please clean the vacuum filter and remove the tangled hair from wheels and brushes, it will help to extend the working time.
