This book serves as a phenomenal artifact from her personal career as a pioneering 1930s Americana dealer.

• Internal Text: Excellent. Pages are clean, tight to the binding, and the signature page is crisp with no foxing or internal tearing.
• Dust Jacket: Present but fragile, showing heavy wear and structural loss/chipping to the lower corners of the front, spine, and rear jacket as shown in photos. It has been carefully placed in a protective archival Mylar sleeve to halt further wear.
