Covers show much aging and wear as seen in the photos (please view all photos) - coversheet(s) and title page missing - I checked, and each page is included but a few are loose - pages are in good condition - no marking noticed but several have tears across the top - marking inside of covers - 238 pages included 150 hymns then the Rudiments and Notation section which is about 16 pages - some of the pages in that section have marking. This is a rare item and begs to be preserved.
