Mr. Tools ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS First Class and Priority services take approximately one to three days for delivery. If your package does not show movement within 24 business hours of being processed please email us an inquiry.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the purchase date. Please open a return request in the more options tab located in your purchase history next to the item(s) you would like to return. No restocking fees will be charged on any returns. However it is the buyers responsibility to ship the item back. 's return system can provide you with pre-paid shipping labels if needed. Streamlight warrants its products to be free of defects for a lifetime of use except for batteries and bulbs, abuse and normal wear*. We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product should we determine it to be defective. This limited lifetime warranty also excludes rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics which have a 2 year warranty with proof of purchase.
